Permanent employed PA position, 24 hours per week
Monday – Friday - Between 9am and 3pm
Occasionally support may be required on Saturdays
Times and days to be arranged with PA
Tasks/duties:
Personal care due to complex needs, transfers, going out in the community, household duties
PA is required to have a full, clean, driving licence. They will use the client’s vehicle.
Client main diagnosis:
Complex health needs and support with transfers
Manual Handling
Step transfers must be supervised
Communication:
No communication barriers
Client enjoys:
Talking to people, crafting when complex needs allow, going out in the community when complex needs allow.
