4 hours on a Wednesday
Tasks/duties:
Support with social activities
Support with building confidence and independence for the future.
Client main diagnosis:
Learning Difficulties
Autism
Depression
Psychosis; they have been recently prescribed medication; this has caused weight gain, for which they are now also receiving treatment
Communication:
The client requires to be given time to express themself as they can struggle to put their feelings into words
Client enjoys:
Going to the Gym, swimming, sauna, steam room and the outdoor pool in Ashby
Playing pool and snooker
Playing football
Going for long walks and picnics in the summer
Staying in watching films, and playing Board games when weather is poor
Going to Stonehurst Farm in Mountsorrel
Driving license required: YES
The PA will have access to the client’s mobility vehicle and must have a full, clean, driving licence
Does the client have any pets:
The client has some gerbils and a friendly cat.
