Permanent role
Preferred days/times:
Times to be agreed with the appointed PA -
AM about 7.30am for an hour
Lunch time for 30 mins
Teatime for 30 mins and
PM/Bedtime for 30 mins
Tasks/duties:
Moving and repositioning and transferring with a hoist and another carer
Personal care
Catheter care
Changing clothes.
Changing bedding.
Manual Handling:
Hoist with two carers
Client main diagnosis:
Multiple Sclerosis
MS Symptoms include Fatigue, numbness, mobility issues, pain,
muscle weakness
Communication:
There are no communication barriers
Client enjoys:
Antique shops
