Household and Community support in and around Newbold Verdon

Employed or Self Employed PA to provide support with maintaining and improving levels of independence in and around the home.
Preferred days/times: Monday to Friday. Hours to be flexible due to fluctuations in the individuals health. To be discussed further at interview.
Tasks/duties: to support this individual with meal preparation, prompting with medication and repeat prescription from doctors, maintaining clean home, correspondence and to access the community / shopping.
Client main diagnosis: Anxiety, Depression, COPD, Fibromyalgia, Severe pain and frequent sickness
Communication: Able to communicate fully
Moving and Handling: Zimmer frame used for transfers and mobilising, however able to do this independently
Pets: None
Individual enjoys: cooking and going shopping
