Preferred days/times:
To be arranged with the PA
Tasks/duties:
3 hours per week to support with correspondence, phone calls, cleaning, bathing prompts, cooking, eating and medication prompts.
4 hours per week to go shopping, attend community groups and do outdoor activities
The PA will be required to have a full, clean, UK driving licence and use of a vehicle at times. The client’s vehicle will mainly be used
Client main diagnosis:
PTSD
Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD)
Depression
An eating disorder
Client enjoys:
The client has a crafts room that they need support to access and do these activities. They also enjoy Stand up paddle boarding, forestry groups, walks and being in their garden.
The client has an assistance dog who is being trained
This opportunity is suited for someone who enjoys being outdoors, likes dogs, and is responsible, reliable, patient, and friendly, and respectful of others’ privacy, dignity, values, and beliefs
