PA required for young man. Reference LM699292

PA required to support young wheelchair user living with Cerebral palsy and epilepsy.
There is an epilepsy protocol in place, training will be provided.

Support is required to develop independence and social skills away from his family network.
His likes/hobbies include:
computer games, going out, cinema, bowling, the fun station in Nottingham, table tennis.
Dislikes - Crowded places and to much noise

A clean driving license and a car with business insurance is essential for this role for accessing the community.

Hours per week – 3 Hours per week - (1 evening in the week)

Hourly rate – £18 Self-Employed
