PA required to support client with volunteering work at The Little Theatre.

Preferred days/times: Saturdays approximately 12- 4pm

Gender: female, due to personal care

Tasks/duties: To Support the client to volunteer at the Little Theatre, to travel to and from and support during the time she is there, including support with person care when required. The client can become emotional and needs reassurance, with instruction.

Client main diagnosis: Autism, Learning Disability, Hand Tremors, Short-Term Memory Loss, Anxiety.

Communication: No communication difficulties.

Moving and Handling: No mobility difficulties, however, she does struggle with stair and escalators. She also can hesitate stepping off curbs, so requires supervision to ensure she can cross safely.

Pets: Yes, two dogs.

Client enjoys: The client loves dance and musical theatre, listening to music, watching Disney films and she likes the fictional Disney character 'Stitch'.

The client confirmed that her family, friends and dogs are extremely important to her, she also confirmed that she wants to be as independent as she can and this is something she wants to continue to improve.

It is important to the client that she has structure and routine as she likes to know where and when she is going to places and what they will be doing when she is there. Without a routine she can experience high anxiety.

The client said dancing was her life and she would like to appear on the West End.
