Social and care support for fun loving young man

28 year old young man, with cerebral palsy is looking for a team of PAs to work either a full day or half-day Monday to Fridays. Occasional weekend or evenings for specific social events such as concerts, shows etc.

Morning start time no later than 8am and afternoon end time 5pm. (Half-days timing to be agreed)
Full-time power chair user, with capacity to make own decisions but requires a high level of physical support.
He has a wicked sense of humour, and likes to enjoy life to the full as much as possible.
Requires to be hoisted (Ceiling track only) support with personal care.
Uses some daytime NIV for breathing support.
Has own vehicle for getting around.

Looking for someone who is a non-smoker, is willing to go out and do things and with a diverse range of interests.
