Preferred days/times:
10.5 hours per week
Either 1.5 hours a day or to be used flexibly to allow access to culturally appropriate services such as on a Saturday
Tasks/duties:
Support with completing personal care (four times a week), meal prep, medication prompts and accessing community services.
PA is required to have a vehicle and a clean, full, UK driving licence.
30 miles at 45p mile will be paid by the client
Client main diagnosis:
Early stages of dementia
Communication:
The client only speaks Polish and would require a Polish speaking PA
Client enjoys:
Cultural community services, they enjoy conversation and working with wood to create things like cars and boats
