Self-employed PA required for permanent position

Preferred days/times:
8 hours per week, times to be agreed with PA and client

Tasks/duties:
To support the client going out in the community
Some continence care required

PA to have own vehicle and full, clean, driving licence
Family will pay mileage

Client main diagnosis:
Vascular dementia
Schizophrenia
Previous psychotic episodes (many years ago)
The client is on Lithium which is monitored every four months
They do not exhibit challenging behaviours

Communication:
No communication barriers

Client enjoys:
speaking to people and being occupied. They are a volunteer for a charity one day a week (with support) and enjoy gardening and singing. Their family is very important to them
