Support with gaining confidence and routine – Thurmaston

4 hours per week

Preferred days/times:
Tuesday and/or Thursday – times to be agreed with the PA

Tasks/duties:
Prompting with personal care and hygiene to create a routine, motivation in maintaining a habitable home, and accessing the community
They have lost their confidence making social connections

Client main diagnosis:
Anxiety
Depression
Psoriasis – creams are applied
Schizophrenia – The client can sometimes have challenging behaviours.

Manual Handling
Some support with transfers

Communication:
The client has no communication issues

Client enjoys:
Listening to music and watching films, and going shopping, having conversations
