Preferred days/times:
Six hours per week on one day to be agreed with PA
Tasks/duties:
Support to access the community and recreational activities.
Support with travel training.
Support to develop daily living skills, like food and clothes shopping, budgeting, cooking healthy meals, baking, cleaning.
The PA will drive the client’s mobility vehicle
Client main diagnosis:
Autism spectrum condition
The client does not understand personal space and has limited social skills.

Baking and writing stories
