Call for dementia experiences to shape new support service
Do you live with dementia, or care for somebody who does?
We are developing a new dementia support service, and your voice is important to us. We want to hear your views at our Dementia Engagement and Participation Workshop.

11am-3pm
and help us to shape the new service
