Care Professional of the Year Awards 2025
2025 is the first year there has been a PA category and nominations are now open
We encourage you to celebrate the outstanding achievements of those working in adult social care. When writing your nomination, focus on one powerful example that truly demonstrates why the nominee deserves to win in their chosen category. Be specific—describe the situation, the nominee’s actions, and the positive impact they made. Avoid general statements and instead highlight a single moment that showcases their exceptional skill, dedication, or compassion. Nominations close on 31st July 2025, so don’t miss the chance to shine a spotlight on their incredible contributions!
The care professional of the year awards are for all Leicestershire and Leicester city based adult social care providers. There are 16 award categories available for nomination. We want to ensure that all areas of the social care sector are represented, whether it be older people or specialist services, residential or home care. From frontline staff such as care workers and care managers to people who have made an impact in other ways such as training and office staff.
By nominating a colleague you will be celebrating their dedication and commitment and helping to raise the profile of the care sector as a whole.
