By registering with the PA Noticeboard you agree to and must act in accordance with the Terms of use
Leicestershire County Council administers the PA Noticeboard to provide a list of Personal Assistants (‘PAs’) looking for employment opportunities and adverts where employers are looking for PAs.
In order to use all of the functions of the PA Noticeboard, you need to register your name and email address. Once registered, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below:
For PAs
Your name and preferred methods of contact details will only be visible to registered users of the site and will only be used by employers to contact you regarding your suitability for their advert.
By agreeing to appear on the PA Noticeboard you are agreeing that your application details will be available to all registered users. However, only your preferred methods of contact details will be visible.
For Employers
Your name and preferred methods of contact details will only be visible to registered users of the site and will only be used by PAs to contact you regarding your advert.
The information on PAs is only be used for your own purposes and relevant to finding a PA.
You will not share personal details of PAs with anyone else.
You will not contact the PA’s referees until you have made a firm employment offer to that PA and they have given you permission to do so.
Please Note
The PA Noticeboard is for information purposes to help PAs find employment opportunities and to help employers find PAs more easily. We are not recommending anyone and we have not vetted the applications. We strongly advise employers to carry out the appropriate DBS checks and LCC will support the application and can pay for this. We also advise that PAs ensure they agree an appropriate employment contract in addition to the terms and conditions of employment with the employer.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any point and be removed from the PA Noticeboard.
Leicestershire County Council reserves the right to remove any user who does not act in accordance with the terms of use and refuse an application or an advert if it does not follow legal requirements.
