33 hours per week, personal and social support – Coalville

Please note, this support can be split between more than one PA.
Support required for a 78 year old lady in the Coalville area. The employer has diagnosed dementia, which is progressively impacting her cognition, insight, and ability to engage with care. She is at times resistant to support and does not consistently recognise her care needs or the risks associated with declining assistance.
However, she is also lovely and has developed an excellent relationship with her current PA, who is still working with her, outside of the hours advertised.
Knowledge/experience of dementia would be advantageous for any prospective PA.
The working week is as follows but please express an interest if you can do some of the days/times.
Monday
09.00 to 14:00.
Support to have a shower/get dressed. Prepare breakfast and prompt medication. Social support within the local community and then return for lunch, medication and any personal care required.
17:00 to 18:00 - Any personal care required, prompt medication and assist to dress for bed.
Tuesday
09:00 to 11:00.
Support to have a shower/get dressed. Prepare breakfast and prompt medication. Assist with light domestic tasks around the home.
17:00 to 18:00 - Any personal care required, prompt medication and assist to dress for bed.
Wednesday
09.00 to 14:00.
Support to have a shower/get dressed. Prepare breakfast and prompt medication. Social support within the local community and then return for lunch, medication and any personal care required.
17:00 to 18:00 - Any personal care required, prompt medication and assist to dress for bed.
Thursday
09:00 to 11:00.
Support to have a shower/get dressed. Prepare breakfast and prompt medication. Assist with light domestic tasks around the home.
17:00 to 18:00 - Any personal care required, prompt medication and assist to dress for bed.
Friday
09:00 to 12.00.
Support to have a shower/get dressed. Prepare breakfast and prompt medication. Assist with light domestic tasks around the home.
17:00 to 18:00 - Any personal care required, prompt medication and assist to dress for bed.
Saturday & Sunday
09:00 to 10:30.
Support to have a shower/get dressed. Prepare breakfast and prompt medication. Assist with light domestic tasks around the home.
13:30 to 14:30.
Support to prepare lunch, prompt medication and any personal care required.
17:30 to 18:30.
Any personal care required, prompt medication and assist to dress for bed.
The employer is looking for a PA who is able to drive and use their own vehicle.
