A young woman living in Braunstone requires support with accessing the community and domestic tasks. Preferably on a Tuesday and Wednesday.
Preferred days/times:
6 hours a week - Preferably 3 hours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, some flexibility is required for any appointments.
Tasks/duties: accessing the community, domestic tasks, there may be some personal care support when in the community.
Main diagnosis:
Cerebral Palsy - Mobility, high risk of falls
Depression - Moods, motivation, tiredness.
Permanent Wheelchair User
Communication: No difficulties
Moving and handling:
The client uses a self-propelling wheelchair, which she can manage. She can transfer independently and to walk around the flat.
The client enjoys shopping and socialising.
A DBS certificate is applicable to this role.
