Permanent position for self-employed person
Preferred days/times:
Saturdays
Tasks/duties:
Prompt with self-care and medication
Support and prompt with cleaning and washing
Support with accessing the community
Support with building a routine
Support with correspondence and finances
Support with food, nutrition and cooking.
Client main diagnosis:
EUPD (Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder)
Anxiety and depression
Possible PTSD.
Communication:
There are no communication barriers
Client enjoys:
the outdoors, crafts and gardening. They sometimes go boulder climbing in the UK and in France
They are exploring part-time employment as they would like to get back into work; they used to be a tree officer and keeping busy is beneficial to their mental health
