PA for support around the home in Coalville

2 PAs required to join a small PA team supporting a lady in the Coalville area. The support hours will be based on a 2 week rolling rota. Times are detailed below, but there is flexibility with this as family/current PAs are able to work around the right person for the role.
Preferred days/times and tasks required
Week one - 26.75 hours
Week two - 19 hours
(Average is 22.9 hours per week)
NB: These hours will be split between 2 PAs
Call Times are:
Am 8.30am (1hr 45 mins)
Lunch 1pm (1 hr 30 mins)
Tea 5.30pm (1hr 15mins)
Bed 9.30pm (30mins)
Week one-
AM (Every morning except Wednesday)
Lunch ((Every lunch except Wednesday)
Tea (Mon, Weds, Fri, Sat, Sun)
Bed (Weds & Sat)
Week Two-
AM (Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fri)

*1hr 45mins AM call -* 1 x carer - To support out of bed, support with the rotunda. Support washing, dressing, personal care. prompting medication administration. Meals and drinks - carers to be present to encourage to eat and drink, Toileting. Light household tasks. Companionship.
*1.5hr LUNCH call* - 1 x carer - To support to commode. Meals and drinks - carers to be present to encourage to eat and drink. Carer to ask if she would like to go to bed for a rest until the tea care call. If she does Carer to support with transfer on to the bed. Light household tasks. Companionship.
*1.25min TEA call* - 1 x carer - To support to commode. Prepare meal and drinks - carers to be present to encourage to eat and drink. Support transfer off bed, on to the arm chair if she has been resting on bed the afternoon. Light household tasks. Companionship.
*30min PM call* - 1 x carer - To support with night time routine, transferring to bed. Personal care and prompting medication if required.
Female PAs requires due to personal care support being provided
Client main diagnosis: Advanced Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and is short of breath when moving around. Hypertension, joint pain, previous fractures, had a Cerebrovascular accident (CVA or Stroke) 2009 and was diagnosed with vascular dementia in 2018 so sometimes is forgetful.
Communication: No barriers, but requires specific and direct instructions to be able to follow them.
Moving and Handling: Rotunda transfers
Client enjoys: Going out in nicer weather in her wheelchair to local cafes or shops. Likes animals especially dogs but no longer has one. Talking about her family, watching television, rock and roll and used to dance it with her husband. Loves chocolate.
