8 hours a week to be used flexibly. PA hours to be discussed in further detail at interview.
Tasks/duties:
Support with personal care: assist with washing hair, maintaining hygiene. Support with meal planning, preparing meals. Support with tidying and maintaining a habitable home environment. Support with companionship and building confidence to access the community
Clients Main diagnosis:
• Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) : This condition causes dizziness and fainting, affecting her ability to move around and perform daily tasks.
• Autism : experiencing sensory issues and struggles with social interactions, which influence daily routines and interactions.
• Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) : This contributes to difficulties with organization and following through with plans.
• Fibromyalgia : Causes chronic pain and fatigue, making physical activities challenging.
• Agoraphobia : Limits ability to leave the house and engage in outdoor activities.
• Anxiety around food : difficulties in preparing and consuming meals.
