Preferred days/times:
Monday-Friday 45 minutes in the morning
3 hours a week for social inclusion
Tasks/duties:
Monday – Friday Support client with personal care, preparing breakfast, lunch, prompting medication and light domestic tasks
Support with accessing social groups twice a week.
Main diagnosis:
Posterior Cortical Atrophy (rare type of early onset dementia)
Communication:
Client can struggle to communicate their words and requires frequent prompts and plenty of time/patience when communicating their needs.
What do you enjoy doing:
The Client enjoys Zumba, keeping fit, singing groups.
