PA required in Melton Mowbray

9 HOURS A WEEK
4 days a week Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
60 minutes in the morning
30 minutes at lunch time
45 minutes at tea time
Tasks/duties: support client with personal care, toileting, making meals and drinks, administering medication
Client main diagnosis: Lewy Body Dementia, diabetes, Osteoporosis
Client enjoys: knitting
