PA required to help maintain and develop independence – Loughborough

Support required in Loughborough from a self-employed PA for a gentlemen to help maintain and develop their independence. The PA will also need to create a rapport to build confidence with having support. 12 hours support per week split into 3-4 sessions.
Preferred days/times: Support would be in the afternoons, 3-4 times per week. To be discussed further at interview.
Tasks/duties: Prompting with personal care, managing home environment.
Accessing the community to support with GP and other appointments, collecting prescriptions, shopping, coffee, cinema. Trips out to the countryside.
Client main diagnosis: Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, anxiety, depression, Complex-Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, insomnia
Communication: No issues
Moving and Handling: No issues
Pets: No
Smoker: Yes
Client enjoys: Music, art, films, gardening, nature, visiting the countryside, would like to go to the cinema.
