Tasks/duties:
Community activities - visits to places of interest

Main diagnosis:
Learning Disability, Hydrocephalus, Epilepsy – medication controlled and Spasticity – uses wheelchair for outside the home.

Driving license required: YES – mileage to be paid by client directly

An enhanced DBS certificate is applicable to this role.
