Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard, due to the ‘non-compliances’ listed below.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons:
Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations
- Our cookie banner overlaps content behind it, if left as is, without selecting the essential cookies option presented. Users are advised to select the cookie settings so that the banner disappears. If not, this fails WCAG 2.2 AA 2.4.11 Ensure focus is not fully obscured.
- Some of our interactive components do not have sufficient spacing around them, such as the links in the top menu and the footer. This fails WCAG 2.2 AA 2.5.8 Target Size (Minimum).
- Some content doesn’t employ consistency in identification for ‘call to action’ (some are links whilst others are buttons). This fails WCAG 2.0 AA 3.2.4 Consistent Identification.
We are working with the website’s developer and plan to fix these issues as soon as possible.
Preparation of this accessibility statement
This statement was prepared on 23 December 2024.
This website was first fully tested on 13 August 2024 and again on 18 December 2024 using automated testing.
We did our own testing. This involved automated testing using the Silktide Accessibility Checker and manual testing exercises such as navigating using a keyboard and different zoom settings and screen sizes, and using the Silktide screen reader.
We tested a number of pages that included a wide range of functionality, including breadcrumbs, images and alt text, links (including button, logo and card links) menus, tables and online forms (form fields and buttons).
